Do you need to warm up prior to being screened? No
What if I have an injury that limits me to do the test? Lucky for you, Bengoa PT can fix you.
Are the movements for people who work out only? No, they are "functional" movements for the general population.
How long does it take to get screened? 30 minutes
How often do I need to get screened? At least 1x/year unless changing in training or injury history.
What do I do with the results? For both patient and PT to look at to identify areas for improvement and guide our treatment plan.
How long do I do corrective exercises? It is different for everyone, but consistently for 4-6 weeks to see improvements.
